Upload a CSV or paste a list - up to 50 phone numbers checked right here, free, no signup. Each row comes back with validity, the E.164 form, country, line type (mobile, landline, toll-free, VoIP) and scam-risk signals from FTC and FCC complaint data. Download the result as CSV.
Up to 50 rows per check, a few checks per hour. Numbers are not stored. Bigger lists: free API key - CSV uploads up to 10,000 rows in the dashboard.
The download has the same columns as the CSV upload in the API dashboard:
valid - the number fits a real numbering plan (right length, assigned range).e164 - the number in E.164 format (+18663982896), ready to store or send to an SMS provider.country_code, country_name - where the number is registered.line_type - mobile, fixed line, toll-free, VoIP and so on. Mobile-only flows (SMS, OTP) can drop the rest.scam_risk, ftc_complaints, fcc_complaints, signals - risk rating of the prefix and how often the exact number was reported to the FTC and FCC.reason - why a row is not valid: needs_country (a real national number, the country is missing) or not_a_number (no numbering plan accepts it).hint - what would fix an invalid row.Numbers written the local way (866-398-2896, (866) 398-2896) carry no country code. Fill in the country field (for example US) and every row without a + code is read against that country's numbering plan.
Here: up to 50 per check, without signup. With a free API key: 1,000 lookups a month, by API or CSV upload of up to 10,000 rows in the dashboard.
No. The free check runs in memory and the result goes straight back to your browser. Only a count of checks is kept.

Free API key: 1,000 lookups a month, CSV uploads up to 10,000 rows. No card.
